These Terms & Conditions apply to all deliveries made by LTB Limited to the buyer. Deviating terms of the purchaser will not be recognized unless LTB Limited has expressly agreed to them in writing.
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to place an order. All offers are valid “while stocks last” unless otherwise stated for a product. Errors excepted.
By sending the signed order form to the fax number stated on the order form, the customer places a binding order. By signing the order form, the customer also confirms that they have read and accept the Terms & Conditions of LTB Ltd. The purchase contract is concluded once LTB Ltd. accepts the order by email order confirmation after receiving the order form.
Delivery time is approximately 28 working days from the date payment is received. We make every effort to meet delivery deadlines. In the event of delays caused by circumstances unknown to us at the time of order placement and beyond our control, delivery deadlines shall be extended appropriately.
As standard, we deliver only within Germany and to other European countries. Requests regarding orders outside Europe can be sent to ltb@luebeck-toolbox.com.
Unless otherwise specified in the order, we deliver to the billing address. If a different delivery address is required, it must be stated on the order form. Unfortunately, it is not possible to change the delivery address at a later stage.
The goods may be returned within two weeks of receipt without giving reasons. The period begins once the goods have been received by the recipient. Withdrawal should be addressed to: ltb@luebeck-toolbox.com
The prices stated on the product pages are net prices including shipping costs, plus applicable VAT.
6.1. We offer payment by bank transfer. Bank details are provided in the order confirmation. Goods are delivered after payment has been received.
6.2. The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.
Warranty provisions are governed by the statutory regulations of Germany for used goods, including a one-year warranty.

In the course of initiating, concluding, processing and reversing a purchase contract, we collect, store and process data within the framework of applicable legal provisions. When you visit our website, the IP address currently used by your computer, date and time, browser type, operating system and the pages you visit are logged. We neither can nor intend to draw conclusions about personal data from this information.
Personal data that you provide to us, for example when placing an order or by email (such as your name and contact details), is processed only for correspondence with you and solely for the purpose for which you provided the data. We pass your data on only to the shipping company commissioned with delivery insofar as this is necessary for delivery of the goods. For payment processing, we pass on your payment data to the financial institution responsible for handling the payment.
This contract and all legal relations between the parties are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). Should individual provisions of this contract be or become invalid, or should there be a gap, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
