Terms and Conditions

1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply for all deliveries from LTB Limited to the Buyer. Deviating conditions of the Buyer are not accepted by LTB limited, unless LTB Limited has expressly agreed in writing.

2. Offer and Contract
The presentation of products in our online shop is not a legally binding offer, but an invitation to order. All offers are valid "while stocks last", if not stated otherwise with the products.
By clicking the "order" in the last step of the ordering process, the customer makes a binding order. The sales contract is concluded when we accept the order with an order confirmation via e-mail after receiving the order.
The full text of the contract is not stored by us. Before submitting the order, the contract data can be printed using the print function of the browser or saved electronically.

3. Delivery
The delivery time is 28 business days from the date of the paid order, but not earlier than 01 September 2013. We strive to meet delivery deadlines. In case of delivery delays due to circumstances that were not known to us when placing the order and are not caused by us, delivery periods extend by a reasonable level.
We deliver by default only to Germany and other European countries. Orders to countries outside Europe can be addressed to: ltb@luebeck-toolbox.com.
Unless otherwise specified in the order, we will deliver to the billing address. If a different delivery address than the billing address is required, this should be indicated during the order process. Unfortunately, a later change of the delivery address is not possible for us.

4. Right of revocation
Goods can be returned within two weeks of receipt without citing any reason. The time limit begins after receipt of this instruction in text form (eg letter, fax, e-mail), but not before receipt of the goods by the recipient. The revocation must be sent to: ltb@luebeck-toolbox.com
